Returns and exchanges with KOALEIA Designs are easy!

Koaleia Designs accepts returns and exchanges on most products within 21 days of purchase. Returns that are not able to be restocked (used/tested or otherwise not in the condition received) will be issued in the form of store credit only. Orders that can be restocked will be issued a full refund, minus original shipping cost.

KOALEIA Designs gladly accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The product includes the original packaging and tags.
• The product return process is initiated to Koaleia Designs within 21 days from the date you received it.
• We may provide an exchange, given that the item for exchange is in stock; otherwise, you will receive store credit.
