The KOA Sandbag is the ORIGINAL 8-Handle Sandbag that gives you access to over 300 movements with one piece of equipment. It is the most versatile and functional sandbag. The Sandbag comes in 3 sizes (small, medium, and large) and each bag has 4 sets of flexible, soft-grip handles (8 total) Neutral Grips, Barbell Grips, Suitcase Grips, End Cap Grips
